I got called on today in Property and did some problems on estates and future interests. I always get them about 90%, but only when I can look through the book, especially to remember whether "so long as" is a condition precedent or a condition subsequent. But get this...the test is closed book!

Anyway, no need or reason to worry about that now...I have to get my mind around Contracts exclusively and put that bad boy to bed.
