I have the idea in my head that the thing to do in order to have the raw material to flesh out my memo is to actually brief all the cases that I printed out during my research. I figure that if I do this it will be easier to compare the facts and holding of each case to the facts we're writing about. But is this productive? Or is it just an extra-exquisite form of procrastination itself?
