Hey, just found your site as I was looking for an explanation about the Rule Against Perpetuities and/or an on-line way to get the W. Barton Leach article from 1938 that you mentioned in your notes. I'm taking the Massachusetts bar in one month. Be glad your Property professor covered the RAP in your class - mine didn't and now I have to figure out what it all means.
