I'm kind of tired of talking. I think you people should have to say something.

Comments:
Hey Mike- I'm putting together a list of books that I absolutely must read before I die. Any suggestions? -Jen

Jen: I hope you have long to live, start with Portnoy's Complaint by Phillip Roth. It's dirty as all anything, but it's hilarious, especially if you know the tune to Lullaby of Birdland. Also, Have a Nice Day by Mick Foley. Inspiring. -Mike's cousin Adam

Mike's cousin Adam- You are the coolest- thanks for the reccomendations! They're both going on my list. Luckily, my death is not imminent, so I'll have plenty of time to read. By the by (and at the risk of hijacking Mike's blog), I'm open to other suggestions! Consider it a minor form of rebellion againt four years of college textbooks... jen

The Brothers K, by David James Duncan, is one of the great(er) books of the past century.

thanks, anon. the brothers k looks quite intriguing. keep 'em comin'! jen

The Kite Runner--Khalid Husseini(?): A MUST read
Lonesome Dove--Larry McMurtry: Looks cheesy but my ALL TIME favorite
The Informant--Kurt Eichenwald: True story. Boggling.

Lonesome Dove happens to be one of my all time favorites too, even though I haven't read it in years! I might have to revisit that one. Thanks for the other ideas- I think I've heard good things about The Kite Runner. Jen

Ok- I have something to say: HAPPY THANKSGIVING, everybody!

From Michael's Mom

I've decided to drop out of law school and become a golddigger, enroll in Anna Nicole's School of Hard Knocks.

Blah. This is what I say.
